At some point of our lives, there are things that almost everyone experiences. It may be good or bad experience
People who encountered a lot of anxiety and depression may suffer from different problems. These includes difficulty of sleeping,minor and major pains, headache or body aches.
But we must know that there are several ways to overcome depression and anxiety.We must know that these negative vibes can put under control.

# Nature Tripping ~ exploring nature is a great stress reliever. Exposure to the sun may give health benefits. As we all know, one main source of Vitamin D is the sun. Relaxing your mind, enjoying the green nature, inhaling and exhaling fresh air can help in reducing depression, stress and anxiety.
# Writing ~ telling your good stories by writing it may also help in reducing stress and anxiety. Start writing your own views about something and you’ll notice that this can sooth and relax your mind, body and moods.
# Communicating ~ people who suffer anxiety, depression or stress can release all the negative vibes inside them by talking and sharing their problems to the one they love and to the person that they trust. Nothing beats good communication between you and your loved ones.
#Meditation and Praying ~ prayer is the most powerful medicine that you could use to control stress, depression and anxiety. Talking to HIM may release all your negative feelings, all your pain and all the bad vibes.Trust me God is just only a prayer away from you.

Pregnancy : The most beautiful woman on earth
Being pregnant is a natural stage and one that is different for every woman. I have encountered two different pregnancies and deliveries at young age, and believe me, you’ll never know what you will get exactly that’s why you need to be prepared by simply knowing the changes not only on your emotional side but most specially your physical
appearance. i am talking about the changes in your body.
This may includes a swelling breast and belly, gaining weights, changes on underarms, swelling nose, stretch marks and so on and so fort.
At the first trimester, we will not exactly feel the dramatic changes during this month, but we could feel that we will tend to crave more rest.
Some pregnant woman may feel nauseous and their breast may become more tender. Morning sickness may begin.
At the beginning of the second trimester, you will notice that you will gain a little weight around your hips and a firmer breasts. One fact is that tiredness will increase because of the major changes inside your body.During this time the umbilical chord is being formed.The level of the progesterone and estrogen are dramatically increasing that may lead to mood swings and emotional changes.
At the third trimester wherein you will feel zapped as the baby begins to develop..
Remember, that your whole system is readjusted when you are pregnant. With all these changes, pregnancy is so unconfortable. minor and major aches may occur and can be dealt with,. And remember to visit your health care provider if you feel extreme fatigue or severe pain that can be a warning or signs of any trouble during pregnancy.
During this changes, you may feel insecure and might lost your confidence, but remember that pregnant woman are the most beautiful woman on earth.
For Working Mom: Looking good, Feeling Good
As a working mom, we really dont have time for pampering ourseleves like going to salon or trying spa, ..it is because we spend our time for our children and most of it in our work. We think that there
are more important things to do than to feel good and look good.
But, we must think that feeling good and looking good is one of the most important things that we should give emphasize.
As a mother, we always wants the best for our children, giving them attention, taking care of them, giving their needs and letting them look and feel good.
But, we must remember that, we should give attention to ourselves also. We should not let poeple around us think that we look older than our real age.
There are products in the world that can make us feel young and look young. Going to salon or spa may be time consuming but we must remember to visit it sometimes to look and feel great.
but spending lots of money to feel good and look good is not the soulution.
There are things in the market or grocery store that that can make your house a salon or a magical spa. Beauty treatments using natural cosmetics is the answer for your prayers.
You should learn to shop for beauty products and treat yourself to a home spa.
