Last time, beauty sizzlers have given you bunch of celebrities and spazz about their diet and fitness secret to stay slim. This time around we are giving you more batch of celebrities who have given birth, hate doing crunches or don’t have lot of time to workout in the gym but found effective ways to stay healthy beautiful inside out and get that enviable figure.  So, sizzlers here they are:

Ashlee Simpson

Mike Alexander, who has been with the new-mom  Ashlee Simpson and her sister Jessica Simpson, says that he is giving an abs workout to get rid of the fat which hides the muscles. This kind of work our should be done isometrically  strength training exercises like  the plank or wall sit.  He is also giving Ashlee a strict diet plan, eating most of  lean proteins and vegetables.

Jennifer Lopez

The trainer of Jennifer Lopez, is giving her  first triathlon and note that sleep is often overlooked. According to Gunnar Peterson, if one did not get enough sleep,there is a lot of chance to add calories and subtract cardio time, specifically when feel like you have hit a plateau in your training.

Jessica Alba

Ramona Braganza’s 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone workouts have helped Jessica Alba as well as Halle Berry to remain their pre-Honor body figures. The workout should be like this.

Celebrity Diet Tips: Paris Hilton, Angelina Jolie and Jessica Alba

Most of us wanted to maintain a slim and sexy figure, but we must make sure that our health will not be compromised. Some may only have short time to lose weight but others, it may take them forever to have the body figure they want. to all beauty sizzlers, take a glance on some of the celebrities and their diet tips to stay healthy, beautiful inside out.

  • Paris Hilton

Unlike any other celebrities, Paris Hilton does not seem to follow the normal as well as Hollywood trend of dieting by eating low calorie food or  weights training or cardio workouts for losing fat. She is following her own program when it comes to dieting and exercise. and would you believe? she is eating at McDonald’s or Taco Bell. And she hates the taste of alcohol.

Do you know that Angelina Jolie have worked very hard to fit with the role of Tomb Raider as Lara Croft. We always think of her as an epitome of beauty and appeal.  But do you know that Angelina Jolie is not following any diet before. But when she got married, she promise herself to change her lifestyle and now she is into a sugar-free diet.

Sources have reported that Jessica Alba has been dieting since she was 12 and she said that everyone in her family is heavily overweight.  Would you believe that she cook for herself when she was 12 and she only have egg-white omelette and fruit, or cottage cheese as well as peach for breakfast.  For lunch, she ate salad and for dinner she had vegetables and chicken or fish.

And during the day she have some dried fruit, or chocolate or strawberry frozen yogurt.  And what is really amazing is she don’t really eat desserts or bread.

In line with her work out routine, she worked out every day for 45 minutes to an hour and start out on the treadmills or elliptical machines  for 10 to 15 minutes to get my heart rate up to 180 beats per minute. Then she also do lunges and crunches. Get back on the machine for another 10 minutes and work on shoulders, biceps and triceps.

I think for some, her diet is a tough diet.
