# Nature Tripping ~ exploring nature is a great stress reliever. Exposure to the sun may give health benefits. As we all know, one main source of Vitamin D is the sun. Relaxing your mind, enjoying the green nature, inhaling and exhaling fresh air can help in reducing depression, stress and anxiety.
# Writing ~ telling your good stories by writing it  may also help in reducing stress and anxiety. Start writing your own views about something and you’ll notice that this can sooth and relax your mind, body and moods.
# Communicating  ~ people who suffer anxiety, depression or stress can release all the negative vibes inside them by talking and sharing their problems to the one they love and to the person that they trust. Nothing beats good communication between you and your loved ones.
#Meditation and Praying ~ prayer is the most powerful  medicine that you could use to control stress, depression and anxiety. Talking to HIM may release all your negative feelings, all your pain and all the bad vibes.Trust me  God is just only a prayer away from you.

Beauty Tips : Cleansing your face

Women are very conscious when it comes to their skin.Specially on their face. They always want to look young, to look fresh and and to look beautiful.

Here are some tips for you to be oil free, fresh look, stay young with healthy glowing skin.

1.Make sure that you wash your hands first before cleansing your face.

2. Every morning, when you wake up, you should cleanse your face to remove oil and all impurities.
3. Remember to use tepid water in cleansing your face.
4. As much as possible, do not use soap because you will only damage and dry your skin. But, there are soaps that
helps the skin to be moisturized and soft. When choosing your soap,look on it’s label and see if it can harm your skin.
5.Washing your face more than twice a day is not necessarily to keep the needed amount of oil to keep your face moisturize.
6. There are different types of cleanser that can be use to avoid the damage and dryness of the skin. If you have a normal skin,

7.Exfoliating scrub may be needed to remove dead cells. But this must be done only once a week..

Pregnancy : The most beautiful woman on earth

Being pregnant is a natural stage and one that is different for every woman. I have encountered two different pregnancies and deliveries at young age, and believe me, you’ll never know what you will get exactly that’s why you need to be prepared by simply knowing the changes not only on your emotional side but most specially your physical c811a8b0c7505dba appearance. i am talking about the changes in your body.

This may includes a swelling breast and belly, gaining weights, changes on underarms, swelling nose, stretch marks and so on and so fort.

At the first trimester, we will not exactly feel the dramatic changes during this month, but we could feel that we will tend to crave more rest.
Some pregnant woman may feel nauseous and their breast may become more tender. Morning sickness may begin.

At the beginning of the second trimester, you will notice that you will gain a little weight around your hips and a firmer breasts. And remember to visit your health care provider if you feel extreme fatigue or severe pain that can be a warning or signs of any trouble during pregnancy.

During this changes, you may feel insecure and might lost your confidence, but remember that pregnant woman are the most beautiful woman on earth.
