Last time, beauty sizzlers have given you bunch of celebrities and spazz about their diet and fitness secret to stay slim. This time around we are giving you more batch of celebrities who have given birth, hate doing crunches or don’t have lot of time to workout in the gym but found effective ways to stay healthy beautiful inside out and get that enviable figure.  So, sizzlers here they are:

Ashlee Simpson

Mike Alexander, who has been with the new-mom  Ashlee Simpson and her sister Jessica Simpson, says that he is giving an abs workout to get rid of the fat which hides the muscles. This kind of work our should be done isometrically  strength training exercises like  the plank or wall sit.  He is also giving Ashlee a strict diet plan, eating most of  lean proteins and vegetables.

Jennifer Lopez

The trainer of Jennifer Lopez, is giving her  first triathlon and note that sleep is often overlooked. According to Gunnar Peterson, if one did not get enough sleep,there is a lot of chance to add calories and subtract cardio time, specifically when feel like you have hit a plateau in your training.

Jessica Alba

Ramona Braganza’s 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone workouts have helped Jessica Alba as well as Halle Berry to remain their pre-Honor body figures. The workout should be like this.

“You repeat a 10-minute cardio segment and a 10-minute strength segment 3 times, which adds up to an hour-long workout,” says Braganza. “In addition to traditional sit-ups and crunches, try moves like planking, squat thrusts and oblique exercises on a ball to strengthen transverse muscles.”

Tori Spelling

Tori Spelling’s trainer, Ashley Borden, have noted that  exercises which is forcing you to use every major body part will work the smaller muscles while keeping your heart rate up at the same time.

Kate Hudson

Constantly being on the road can seriously cut into your gym time, but a Triad ball can help you take your workout with you wherever you go.

“When deflated, they don’t take up too much room in your suitcase and they’re easy to blow up,” says Nicole Stuart, Kate Hudson’s trainer. “Use them to do modified crunches and oblique exercises wherever you are.”
