KIM YUNA SKATES A NEW WORLD RECORD
Hey sizzlers, everyone has their own bet on who will win the figure skating in the Vancouver Winter Olympics. Oh well, figure skating is a perfect place to show off yur S-line while keeping it up on the skating rink and I bet only those fit girls can really pull it off.
What am I talking about?? Ok, one of the most anticipated event for the Winter Olympics is Figure Skating and the Ladies participated have heated the rink when they put tension on the Short Program event. Kim Yuna (South Korea) and Asada Mao (Japan) has risen the tension after their winning performances. Joannie Rochette of Cabada burst into tears after performing and got the third spot for the sports.
it seems that Kim Yuna have set her guards off to overshadowed Japan’s contender as Kim Yuna sets a new world record for having a score of nprecidented 78.50.

Dara Park Porcelain Skin
Hey there beauty sizzlers, in the past months we have featured some artists and celebrities along with their diet and workout tips. This time we will feature one of the hottest Korean Idol who is known for having a porcelain skin at age 26.
Sandara Park who is a celebrity in the Philippines have invaded Korea when she joined YG entertainment and became one of the members of the hottests girl group in Korea today, 2ne1 which means 21st century new evolution.
Among the group members, Sandara has become more popular not only because of her charisma and talent but because of her porcelain skin. There are news that some Koreans are having a surgery just to have Dara Park’s perfect smile, or they even undergo surgery to have a beautiful forehead lines.
One network have investigated Dara Park’s skin and they mentioned how beautiful her skin is.
With age 26, she can pass as 16 years old. What do you think?
CAMERON DIAZ AND HER YOGA WORKOUT
Of course, one of the most anticipated celebrity is Cameron Diaz who is now in Caribbean to film Knight and Day with the hunk actor Tom Cruise. But this does not stopped her from her yoga workout and relaxing with her friends in free time. Cameron has been very open in talking about how she loves the outdoors and that she prefers execises like snowboarding, hiking as well as surfing so its very natural seeing her in the great outdoors and strike some few yoga poses
Cameron notes:
“I admit I do hire a personal trainer as well, but for me working out is a big part of keeping mind and body together.”
She also noted that she is training thrice a week aside from her yoga workouts. In terms of eating habits, she’s avoiding t fattening foods such as fried chicken and onion rings.
