Taylor LeBron was a severely obese 14-year-old boy who weighs more than 300 pounds, when he decided to do something regarding such unhealthy situation – he created the Ultimate Fitness Game, a weight-loss program he describes in his newly released book, Cutting Myself in Half: 150 Pounds Lost, One Byte at a Time, using the same principals and strategy as a video game to slim down to the 145-pounder he is today.
In an interview, at The Today Show, Taylor said: “You have enemies, you have allies, and you have money. You have to play smart; otherwise, you run out of your money. Your score needs to be high at the end of the day.”
To Taylor, calories were money, which he could spend every day either by eating or banking them as weight loss. He could earn money by exercising, while his enemies were inactivity, bad food choices, large portions, liquid calories and stress.
It may have taken him 3 years to lose the weight, but Taylor stuck to his strategy like he would with any other video game, and says in his new book Cutting Myself in Half: 150 Pounds Lost, One Byte at a Time that the same strategy can work for adults too. After playing the game, his mom lost 75 pounds and his grandmother 45 pounds.

Homemade Shampoo
Herbal Shampoo
2 cups (473 ml) distilled water
1 tablespoon (15 ml) calendula(pot marigold)
2 teaspoons (10 ml)rosemary
1 tablespoon (15 ml) nettle
2 teaspoons (10 ml) orange peel
2 teaspoons (10 ml) comfrey
2 tablespoons (30 ml) chamomile
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) essential oil of lavender

1 teaspoon (5 ml) Jojoba oil (omit if hair is oily)
1/2 cup (118 ml) natural, mild baby shampoo
Instruction
Boil some water and add the herbs. Leave it for 30 minutes. Take a medium size bowl and pour the oil. Now add the shampoo and mix them properly. Collect the entire formula into a bottle and preserve in your refrigerator. While using on your hair gently shake the shampoo and apply for a soft and healthy effect.
Homemade hair conditioner
Honey Herbal Hair Conditioner
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup glycerin
1/4 cup sage, and 1/2 cup dried chamomile flowers
or 1/2 cup nettle leaves and 1/4 cup rosemary leaves
1/2 cup witch hazel
1 tablespoon liquid lecithin
Instruction
Keep all these ingredients in a screw top jar. Shake well and leave for 1 hour. Remove the herbs and pour the liquid back into the jar. Apply it after shampooing and enjoy the nourishing effects.
Home recipe for shiny hair
To get shiny hair mix one teaspoon of honey into 4 cups of warm water. Apply shampoo and add the mixture through your hair. Avoid rinsing and get the wonderful hair.
