Beauty sizzlers are still keeping an eye on celebrities who have been into weight loss programs or weight loss diets and this time, Jennifer Aniston has been spotted on the cover of Life & Style Magazine where she have revealed how she stays so thin even while working on the set of her new movie called The Bounty, with co-star Gerard Butler. According to an insider, Jennifer shares her dessert while eatingwith her co-stars instead of eating it all by herself.
The onlooker also mentioned that Jennifer might be tiny but she still looks strong and gorgeously healthy. The insider even told that the actress is in great shape and looked comfortable in her own skin.
Jennifer has been very vocal about her new found technique for the past months and she felt better than ever. But for those of other sizzlers who would like to know how she loses five pounds in five days for those times when she wants to look her best you’ll probably have to read that in the magazine.
What we can say is that Jennifer is starting her five pounds in five days diet when she starts a new film. As for her diet while filming The Bounty she jogs apart from doing yoga.
“She routinely gets up at 5 in the morning to run before filming starts. We were filming from 6 a.m. until almost 11 at night, and she had a great energy level the whole time. She was upbeat and smiley and never flubbed a line — and her body looks amazing!”

Seems that most of celebrities are now getting into having a healthy, beautiful lifestyle and this time around it has been revealed that Sarah Jessica Parker, Beyonce and also Gwyneth Paltrow have their detox cleanses. However, the today Health show had questioned whether these cleansing approach is safe and as healthy as claimed to be or not.
Dr Ian Smith, author of The 4 Day Diet, and Heidi Skolnik, who is a popular nutritionist to the New York Giants, guested on the show to discuss the pros and cons of following these extreme eating diet programs.

Health tips: Cleansing and Detoxing your Body
Fall is a specifically a good time to pay attention for body cleansing. People have been cleansing throughout the ages to eliminate the build-up of impurities and toxins in the system that constantly drain our immune systems.
There are countless ways to cleanse, but here is some ideas to consider:
1) Digestive Cleansing
One of the easiest and comprehensive approach to rid the body of the accumulated junk(mucous and build-up) in the digestive track or system.
Digestive cleanses may consider wheatgrass juice, fasting, or juicing, enemas, cayenne pepper, and colonics. Each of these approach is intended to assist the body in the elimination process, specifically the removal off all the bad things that we have ingested over the year. These often results to digestive cleansing- after the initial reaction of stages of irritability or headaches, will follow the feeling more “clear-headed”, lighter, more aware, less fatigued, energized.

Combining a breathing practice, with breath retention, and focusing on expelling all the air out of your lungs helps invigorate and cleanse the lungs.

4) Tongue Scraping / Tongue Cleaning
Have you ever notice such slimy white or sometimes yellow film on your tongue? You can use a tongue scraper scrape off coated tongues first thing in the morning.
5) Detox Bath
Use a combination of sea salt, epsom salt and baking soda to helpp pull out some toxins from your skin (another great approach to eliminate toxins).
This one can be especially beneficial to also ease emotional imbalances .
6) Water Flush
We all know that it is essential to stay hydrated and this can be done by drinking lots of water. A Balinese healer have given some tip…drink 2 liters of warm water first thing in the morning to flush your system.
